Ground up, 5 bedroom with bonus room and 4 full baths with 3 half baths, private residence in the stucco // transitional style.  

My Role:

Manage, Design, model and structurally calc out the entire home. I was personally responsible for all of the drafting, complex 3D modeling and structural engineering for this residence.
