"Hough Heritage Senior Apartments" - Cleveland, OH

Project Brief:

Named "Hough Heritage" in respect to the historical neighborhood in which it resides, this project is an independent 3-story, 60 affordable unit apartment building for senior living.  Seven of the 50 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom apartments are UFAS and ADA compliant.  Highlight building amenities include community and media rooms, a fitness center, outdoor community areas, and on-site social services.

My Role:

Developed architectural schematic drawings into working construction documents, including fully annotated and dimension-ed plans, elevations, sections, and details. I guided the project through permitting and bidding, into the early stages of construction administration where I met regularly with the client and contractor.
