"Private Residence - Historic Renovation" - Ohio

Project Brief:

Addition and renovation to an existing historic home in the Chagrin Falls historic downtown district. Tasked to design an addition to the rear of the house, renovate the first floor, and update the basement. The home is a feature of the historic community therefore the existing front facade must maintain its integrity. 

My Role:

I worked closely with the Project Architect to develop the Revit based model. We designed the addition and renovation to best suite the client's needs and to maintain it's historic characteristics. I was tasked to manage, detail, render and construct the Revit-based central model used for the construction documents.
