"Private Residence" - Ohio

Project Brief:
+/- 11,500 sq. ft. of conditioned living space on a sprawling 1.5 acre lot. The client's dream was to create a traditional "Georgian-Greek Revival" home. We designed the house to have a first floor Master Suite, ample space for entertaining, kitchen capable of catering services, and 3 other full suite bedrooms. The basement offered a full in-law suite with recreation area and complete wine cellar.
My Role:
Document, detail and create permit construction drawings. The project's core was developed in AutoCAD for ease of drafting, however Revit models of the entry foyer and main stair were built in response to client interest. To facilitate their vision of volume and detail, I developed and rendered the foyer in Revit as a fully immersive VR experience. I enabled the client to sit in the middle of the Foyer by utilizing tools such as the "Google Daydream". See renderings below.
