"Private Residence - Stair Tower Addition" - Ohio

Project Brief:
The original house from 1940 that was purchased by our client had multiple renovations and additions throughout it's life span. The scope of our project was to add an addition to the south end of the house that would serve as the new main stair case, breezeway to the existing 4-car garage, larger kitchen and living space and to add a new bedroom for their 3rd child. The design intent was to bring all of the renovations and tie them all together into one cohesive structure.

My Role:
Working on-on with the client and collaborating with the structural engineer, MEP engineer and Interior Designer to design, develop and construct the client's final dream. From working with the firm's principal on early trace paper sketches to advanced Revit modeling and finishing the project with detailed autoCAD drawings, I was personally involved with every step of the design process.
