"Skyline Terrace Town-homes" - Pittsburgh, PA

Project Brief:
Skyline Terrace (previously known as Addison Terrace) is a 50-acre family community in the renowned Hill District of Pittsburgh, which was redeveloped into a new mixed-income community. The majority of 1940s-era public housing units were replaced and has been re-phased into multiple sections with various different housing types from the typical Rowhome design to a multi-story contemporary apartment building.
My Role:
My firm was grated the ability to design and build the final phase of the project which consisted of 8 unique townhouse building and a 3 story apartment building. I was tasked to build, develop and document the 36 units in 8 separate buildings, with a mix of accessible and non-accessible units ranging from 1 to 3 stories. Townhouse design elements were borrowed from the adjacent historic Hill District neighborhood.
Develop rough schematic CAD plans and elevations from which fully functioning Revit models were developed for construction documents. I worked on and managed the base network central model for all 8 buildings. I created new Revit "Families" for various ADA and UFAS specific layouts, an entire "Fypon CPVC" catalog, and various decorative elements throughout the project.
